Israel says it’s targeting what it says are 300 miles of Hamas tunnels. A U.S. official tells NBC News the IDF is exploring a new tactic – flooding the tunnels with seawater. However, some hostages being held by Hamas may be inside. NBC News’ Richard Engel reports.
