Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake coming in February 2024

The very first world premiere at The Game Awards 2023 is Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake, a new version of the first game from Josef Fares. The original game launched in 2013, and the remake updates it with modern graphics and gameplay. The remake launches on February 28, 2024 for PS 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. It’s currently available to wishlist.

505 Games teased information about the new title shortly before its reveal at The Game Awards with a countdown on the game’s website. According to the website post-reveal, the remake “features rebuilt characters and landscapes based on the original and has been updated to the latest generation of graphics, performance and gameplay.” It’s also re-recorded the soundtrack with a live orchestra.
