These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Logic Fectum and the use of our animation and creative services. By engaging with our team or initiating any project, you agree to the following terms:
By working with Logic Fectum, you confirm your agreement to the terms outlined herein. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most recent version.
Logic Fectum provides custom animation and design services, including (but not limited to) 2D animated videos, logo animations, explainer videos, brand intros, social media motion content, and product demos.
All project deliverables, timelines, and scope will be clearly defined and approved before work begins. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will require separate written approval and may incur additional charges.
While we strive to meet or exceed expectations, Logic Fectum does not guarantee specific results (e.g., views, leads, or conversions) unless clearly stated and agreed upon in writing before the project begins. In cases where a performance-based agreement is explicitly approved, we will continue working at no extra cost until those results are met — subject to limitations outlined in the agreement.
To ensure timely delivery and quality output, clients must:
Provide timely access to any necessary platforms, assets, or reference material
Respond to communications and revision requests promptly
Deliver feedback, approvals, or content within the agreed timeline
Delays on the client’s part may result in adjusted deadlines and outcomes. Logic Fectum will not be liable for missed milestones due to client inaction.
All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule — either upfront or in defined milestones. Work will commence only after receipt of the initial payment.
All payments are final and non-refundable once the work has begun, regardless of project status or client decisions.
Once a contract or service agreement is signed and work has commenced, cancellation is not permitted. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
In exceptional cases, and only upon written approval, a project may be paused and resumed later. This is solely at Logic Fectum’s discretion.
All final deliverables — including animations, artwork, and design assets — will become the client’s intellectual property only after full payment has been received.
Until payment is complete, all creative content remains the exclusive property of Logic Fectum. Any unauthorized use prior to full payment is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Logic Fectum is not liable for business losses, lost profits, or any indirect damages. We provide creative and strategic assets as agreed, but final performance is dependent on multiple factors, including client implementation and external conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Any additional changes will incur extra charges and may affect delivery timelines.
Logic Fectum reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients with ongoing projects will be informed of any significant changes in advance.
